Toledo, Ohio (June 15, 2015) –Tolco Corporation announces promotions and role changes within the family owned business.
William Lewis promoted to Director of Operations
Will joined Tolco in 2009 after graduating from The University of Colorado where he studied finance. Will is the grandson of William E. Spengler, the founder of Tolco. Will started at Tolco as a Regional Sales manager and in 2013 was promoted to National Sales Manager. In his new role as Director of Operations, he will oversee the procurement, manufacturing, and distribution of Tolco’s products.

His experience as Director of Operations will round out his knowledge of the company with skills he will require later in his career at Tolco.”
Alberto Martinez promoted to Director of Sales & Marketing
Alberto has been with Tolco since 2010 and has been in the industry since 2000. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, he will oversee all aspects of Tolco’s sales and marketing strategies.

Jay Villarreal promoted to Director of Finance
Jay has been with Tolco since 2002. As the Director of Finance his responsibilities remain essentially unchanged from his previous roll as Controller.

Pat Cassidy promoted to Senior Sales Manager
Pat has been with Tolco since 1992 when he began as a Territory Manager. He later took on the Responsibility of Regional Sales Manager overseeing numerous Tolco territories. In his new position as Senior Sales Manager, Pat will be overseeing key territories as well as assisting the National Sales manager in implementing sales programs and strategies.

Becky Hayden appointed as Customer Support Manager
Becky has been with Tolco since February of 2015 and has been in the industry for 19 years. In the newly created role of Customer Support Manager, Becky will have numerous responsibilities which include managing Tolco’s Customer Service Team, assisting in the management of Rep activities, and assisting in the management of key accounts.
